Ability to enter 'Relationship to Councillor'

Note: This functionality is not enabled by default, please get into touch with our support team on greenlight@evissupport.zohosupport.com to enable this functionality.

GreenLightOPM has introduced the ability for an Applicant to inform the Council if they are a relative of a Councillor.

This information can be entered via the Council Portal and Applicant Portal.

In order to enter the information via Council Portal:-

1. Navigate to the 'Application Details' section.

2. Click on 'Edit Application Details'

3. Click on the 'Yes/No' button in 'Is Relative Of Councillor' field and make it 'Yes'. Next enter the Applicant's relationship to Councillor on 'Councillor Relationship'.

4. Click 'Submit'.

In order to enter the information via Applicant Portal:-

1. When submitting an Application, navigate to the Application Details section.

2. Type in the Applicant's relationship to Councillor as below.

3. Then Applicant must proceed to submit the Application.

Please note that if 'Is Relative Of Councillor' is set to 'Yes', it is mandatory to type in the relationship as well.
