Building Surveyor Notes

Having a common goal of minimizing your workload we at Greenlight introduced a whole new Functionality called "Building Surveyor Notes". 

We have created this pretty much similar to the existing conditions section So that you can use this function with ease.

You can preload the details to System Admin > Condition Template section. So you can directly add the predefined notes to an application. You refer to this article to know how to add details to condition template.

To add a Building Surveyor Notes,

1. Open an application and go to Building Surveyor Notes.

2. You can add a category or add multiple categories ( From predefined condition categories)

            Add a Category,

            

            Add Multiple Category,

            

3. Add the applicable surveyor notes,

     

Also, you have the ability to add multiple notes by clicking on the following button. You can select the predefined notes (Which were configured in System Admin >> Condition Template).

By following the above steps you add Surveyor Notes.
