GreenlightOPM has the functionality to publish documents using the Applicant Portal to the Public.
Refer the below for instructions on how to publish a document to the Public.
1. Navigate to the 'Document' section.
If you want to know how to upload documents to the Council portal,
Click Here.
2. Select the Document that you want to publish.
3. Click on 'Access Control'.
4. Select 'Public' and click Submit.
Now the Document will have the ability to be previewed publicly.
The Shared Document could be viewed by the Public in the DA Register also known as the Application Register which is available on the Council's applicant portal.
Users can search for the Application by Application Number or Property Address.
User must click on the Application Number.
The published document can be seen for downloading.
