Lodging an Application via Applicant Portal
Greenlight encourages its client going paperless by providing a state of the art online application lodgment website.
Applicants can easily go to respective council application lodgement website to lodge an application.
Logging in
Please go to the applicant portal website.
Click on Log In button.
Existing User
If you already have an account please enter your username and password and click on "Log in" Button
New User
New User
If you don't have an account please click on "Registration"
Provide the necessary information and click on "Save"
Lodging an application
1. Once logged in, based on the application you are about to lodge click on the relevant department.
- i.e: Click on the Building Department if you are about to lodge Building Permit
Please note that the interface which you are viewing can be different but the procedures would be the same.
2. Click on the Application type
3. You are almost there follow the on-screen instructions and proceed through each step of lodging an application.
4. Completing an application lodgement.
When you are in the last step of application lodgement you can be prompted to Lodge the Application or to make the payment prior to lodgement.
The application will be lodged and notification would be sent to yourself and the council mentioning that an application has been lodged.
If you asked to make the payment you will be redirected to Payment Portal to make the payment.
