Partial Compliance update - INTERNAL

Greenlight now provides the ability to change the category name added under partial compliance - this has been changed to State Environmental Planning Policy as below, this is configurable





This is now configurable ApplicationTypeID based. 

A column has been added to PartialCompliance table called Category to save the name of category in this column.
