How to Amend a Building Permit - GreenLight


To Understand How Building Permit is Amended consider the following scenario
A Building Permit was issued on an Application with Cost of Development as $10,000 (In January).
Now, an amendment has to be made in month of February where new Cost of Development is $15,000 (Increased by $5,000).


To Add this Amendment follow below steps

Step 1: Click on Edit Application in Application Details Section



Step 2: Change Cost of Development to $15,000.



Step 3: Go Amendment Section and Click on "Add Amendment"



Step 4: Add Amendment Details (**Note Mention Increased Amount in Increased Cost (Just difference amount of 5000)




Step 5: Click on "Submit". Levy would be now automatically generated on difference amount.
