Step 1: Ability to record fee unit rate for financial year in the System Admin
- Go to the System Admin --> Unit Rate.
- User can set a Standard Unit Price for Fees for a selected financial year date range (For example: 01/07/2025 - 30/06/2026).
Step 2: Modifying single fee item - Ability to record fee units for financial year in the System Admin
- In the System Admin--> Fee Item, select the Department and Application Type and then click on edit Fee Item.
- After adding Fee units, the Unit Price should be auto computed using the logic (Fee Units x Unit Rate (entered in Step 1)).
Step 3: Modifying multiple fees simultaneously
- Step 1 is mandatory step which needs to be done before modifying multiple fees.
- In the System Admin--> Fee Item, select the Department and Application Type, Click on Edit Fees button.
- Make the required changes to the Fee Units and then click on 'Auto Compute' button. The fees will automatically compute the Unit Price based on the formula: Fee Unit * Unit Rate (entered in Step 1)
- The GST amount and the Total amount will also be updated. Click on 'Submit' button to save all the updated values.
