How does it work?  
Referral response new UI window  
Log on an application in the main menu navigate on Referral request section & select on one application, here you can see

Ability to add a condition in the Referral portal
Referral response new UI window und under referral condition click on add referral condition button.


you can add a new referral condition category here.


Then click on add condition button


Here you have the ability to add referral conditions.


Referral Condition Copy function
Now you have the ability to add conditions and view the conditions to Application.
Select an application click on the referral request section.


In this section click on the below-highlighted Field.


Now you have the  ability to select conditions and click on the button.


 It will copy those conditions to Application Condition Section (Permit Conditions or CFI/OP Conditions).


Referral condition Templating functionality in Referral Portal
Now users allow Referral Condition Template & use Templates in the Referral request section.
Go to  System Admin -> Referral Agency section
in this section under Internal Referral Agencies category when you click on manage Referral Condition condition button.


Referral Condition Template window will open & you can add new templates here.


Referral Decision change  
Referral Decision needs to be based on the Referral Agency.
We’ve improved greenlight Agency even further, based on decision type.

select an application & under referral, request click on add button.



when you select a  Referral Agency. , Referral Decision will be automatically selected.
