Selecting the applicable regulation(s)
1. Open up the application and click on "Edit"
2. Select the regulations by clicking the checkboxes.
3. Click on Submit
We do provide the ability to automatically send all required documents to relevant recipients using the workflow function. You can learn more about this by clicking
here.

Generating Letters
When all the required regulation been selected you can generate the letter by following the below steps.
1. Click on "Forms"
2. Click on "Property Information Form 326" (This standard letter will come default with Greenlight)
The document will be auto-generated with pre-selected regulations,

Share the document with the Applicant
By following the steps mentioned above you can save and send the Property Information form to Applicant or Relevant recipient
