            When Prompted Please select application type as "Request for Information"

4. How to approve the Property Information request application.

               a. Set up Property Information request application (Please follow step 2)

               b. Add application Contacts

               c. Add Property Details

               d. Add fees (Applicant portal not setup with payment gateway).

               e.  Referral request

               f. Issue Reg 51(1), (2), (3) letters.

5. How to process the application using proceed to function.
