Limitation to the Number of Application Contacts

Note: This functionality is not enabled by default, please get into touch with our support team on greenlight@evissupport.zohosupport.com to enable this functionality.

Greenlight OPM has now configured the ability to limit the number of Application Contacts that could be added via the Applicant Portal.

This was introduced as a measure to limit unnecessary data being entered into Applications and in order to make Greenlight OPM more customer-based.

This restriction can be configured according to the Contact group (i.e. Applicant, Owner, Contact, etc.) upon Council request.
