Swimming Pool/ Spa Registration Process


How to Process a Swimming Pool/ Spa Registration Application from Council Portal

  1. Select “Building Applications” from below menu and chose new applications


  1. Go to “Application Type” and select “Pool Permits” from drop down menu and press “Create New Application”



  1. This would create a template document with an Application number.


  1. Assign a staff member using edit Application details’


  1. Select “Application Contact Details” and fill in application details. Select “Submit” at bottom of document.






  1. Similarly, the “Property”, “Fee Details”, “Pool and Spa” and other details can be uploaded.


  1. Any additional documents in support of the application can be added by selecting “Document Details


  1. Use the “Additional Information” section to request from the Applicant if any further information is required
  2. The tabs located at the top left-hand corner is used to help move the application along


  1. Click the Forms tab to bring up the Forms window


And click the magnifying glass to see the current status of the form or download by clicking the word or PDF icons

  1. Any related permits are visible
