Document publishing via Tracking Function

GreenlightOPM has the functionality to publish documents using the Applicant Portal to the Public.

Every Application has a 'Tracking Number' which can be shared among the Public.
Public will not be able to edit any information but will be able to download Published documents.

Refer the below for instructions on how to publish a document to the Public.

1. Navigate to the 'Document' section.


If you want to know how to upload documents to the Council portal, Click Here.

2. Select the Document that you want to publish.


3. Click on 'Access Control'.


4. Select 'Public' and click Submit.


Now the Document will have the ability to be previewed publicly.

On the Council Portal under 'Application Details', you can find the 'Tracking Number'.



Click on the Tracking Number and you will be directed to a web-page.
Here Public can download the documents which are published.
