Public Exhibition Setup

GreenlightOPM provides the functionality to advertise Applications on the Council's Applicant Portal.

This can be achieved using 'Public Exhibition' section of the Applicant Portal.

In order to add an Application to Public Exhibition, the work flow state must be set to 'Public Exhibition' state (This can be configured according to the Council's preference).

This could be done via 'Proceed to' function or 'Jump to' function

Once the state has been changed to 'Public Exhibition', the Application will be displayed on the Advertising Applications section.
