Export Excel to PDF

Please follow below steps to export the excel report to PDF.

  1. Download the report in excel format from GreenLight

  2. Open the downloaded excel file in Microsoft Office - Excel

  3. Click the Page Layout tab on the ribbon.

  4. In the Scale to Fit group, in the Width box, select 1 page, and in the Height box, select Automatic. Columns will now appear on one page, but the rows may extend to more than one page.

5. Export to PDF
  • Click the File tab.
  • Click Save As.
  • To see the Save As dialog box in Excel 2013 or Excel 2016, you have to choose a location and folder.
  • In the File Name box, enter a name for the file, if you haven't already.
  • In the Save as type list, click PDF (*.pdf).
  • Click Options to set the page to be printed, to choose whether markup should be printed, and to select output options. Click OK when finished.
  • ​Click Save.
