Workflow Enhancements in Greenlight

Greenlight now provides ability to perform following functions in Workflow,

1."Copy To" function in transitions
  1. In workflow, you will be able to perform email CC function.
  2. In Workflow,you can specify Hard coded Email,Username or Contact Group.

2. Documents in workflow
  1. Moreover, Greenlight will provide the ability to attach PDF/WORD documents to the workflow transition with access privileges.
Please contact Greenlight Support team to configure the PDF/WORD documents to the workflow transition with access privileges.

4. "From Email Address" in workflow transitions
  1. Now you can specify the email address which is sending the workflow notification in workflow transition. (From Email address).
