Greenlight provides state of the art workflow functionality, which can be customised to reflect your exact business process.
When a decision is taken on an application you can notify the client about the decision just by clicking a button.
1. Open up the application.
2. Click on "Proceed to"
3. Based on decision click on approve or refuse.
When clicked Approved: A notification email will be sent to the applicant with approval documents
When clicked Refused: A notification email will be sent to the applicant with approval documents

In case if you want to view the message you can click on magnification glass button to preview the message
P.S: The naming convention for approving/ refusing an application can differ from one application type to another but the process would be the same.
4. Please follow the on-screen instruction to send all the required documents.
Additionaly,
If you want to manually attach a document when doing a workflow transition you follow the below steps
1. When prompted click on "+" button.
2. Select the document(s) by clicking on the checkbox and click on "Submit"
3. Click "Continue" to send the selected document along with other documents.
