What's New?

We have implemented a change to the transition in workflow emails to specify the email signature that will be sent with the email. This can now be customized to include the user's email signature of choice. 

How does it work? 

Prior to the update when an email is sent through a workflow transition the email signature is always of the current user who is logged in. We have now provided an ability to specify the signature in the workflow. This will be the email signature of either the Assigned Staff, Assigned Surveyor, Designated Building Surveyor, Sign Off Staff or the Current User. If nothing is specified no signature will be added to the email.

If for instance the email signature is set to take the Assigned Staff's signature -

For a given application type when a workflow transition is done from one state to another, the transition triggers an email with the Assigned Staff's email signature

How can I enable it? 

Please contact greenlight support to enable this feature for any given application type and to specify which user's email signature should be sent in the workflow email.
