Assigned Building Surveyor Setup
Greenlight OPM provides the functionality to assign an Application to a Building Surveyor.
This functionality helps Planners to manage Applications being assigned to Building Surveyors and also keep track of them.
Also the Building Surveyors will receive notifications regarding their Applications and will be able to manage their work more efficiently.
Following is how a Building Surveyor is assigned to a particular Application.
1. Navigate to 'Application Details' section and click 'Edit' as shown below.
2. Select the drop-down list of Staff Accounts in 'Assigned Building Surveyor' field.
3. Click on the Building Surveyor that you want to assign the Application to.
4. Click 'Submit'.
